Role Overview We are looking for a proactive, goal-driven Field Sales & Merchant Onboarding Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will be the face of GoldDunia in the market—visiting jewelry retail shops, showrooms, and jewelry business owners, introducing them to the GoldDunia ecosystem, and successfully onboarding them onto our platform. Key Responsibilities Field Visits & Lead Generation: Identify, map, and visit jewelry retailers, showrooms, and local goldsmiths across designated commercial hubs. Product Demonstration: Pitch the benefits of GoldDunia.com to business owners (digital catalog, online visibility, promotional reach, verified branding). Vendor Onboarding: Guide clients through the registration process, collect required business details/documents, and ensure accurate profile setup on the platform. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with jewelers and retail association members. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly merchant acquisition and subscription targets. Market Feedback: Collect insights, merchant feedback, and local market trends to share with the product and marketing teams. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in field sales, B2B merchant onboarding (e.g., e-commerce, digital directories, POS/fintech, retail marketing), or direct sales. (Freshers with exceptional communication and enthusiasm are also welcome to apply). Communication: Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and the local regional language. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic web tools to demonstrate platforms and upload store profiles. Mobility: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a vehicle for daily field travel. Mindset: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
